CRA Grant Program is being offered through Olympic Loan Center's approved lenders. This venture is designed to help low-to-moderate-income families buy their first home within designated census tracts (neighborhoods). The homebuyer is also able to buy OUTSIDE the census tracts (income restrictions apply)

CRA benefits:

• $2000 Grant to help pay for your closing costs (Wow! That's free money.)
  
• As little as 3% down payment
  
• Entire down payment can be a gift from a family member
  
• Fixed Rate programs
  
• High debt-to-income is allowed (making qualifying much easier)
  
• Not so perfect Credit is allowed

To qualify for the $2000 grant and flexible underwriting (easier approval), your Gross Annual Income cannot exceed limits set in the county you wish to buy.
